Luxury property in Normandy, only 1h45 from Paris and 20min from Deauville and Honfleur.

We have thought our home for you! Comfort and luxury of a hotel, equipment of a holiday village, with exclusivity and tranquillity on the top.

Le Domaine aux Lions is located in a small hamlet in the heart of Normandie countryside, surrounded by fields.

Our big and fully renovated charming house is composed of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms including the one with jacuzzi, huge living room with fireplace, pool table (billiards), table football, piano…

Terrace with a swimming pool, covered and secured, heated from May to October. BBQ, ping-pong. Tennis court. WiFi and high-speed internet.

You will be welcomed in person and everything will be explained to you upon your arrival️

The House on the Garden Floor

  • 1 fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils: 3 types of coffee machines with coffee capsules provided, American fridge with integrated water fountain, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, all the tableware and accessory
  • 2 dining spaces with 4 big tables
  • 3 living room areas: 9 sofas and arm-chairs, TV, DVD, Karaoke, Netflix, HiFi, vintage video games
  • 1 leisure area with pool table (billiards), table football, piano, darts, board games and library
  • 1 double fireplace in the heart of the vast downstairs space of 150m2 (from October to April, wood is provided)
  • 1 bedroom
  • 1 separate WC
  • 1 Spa bathroom with interior jacuzzi and shower cabin

The House on the 1st floor

  • 7 bedrooms
  • 3 bathrooms with WC (shower gel provided)

Our 8 bedrooms all bear the names of the famous painters of Normandy

  • 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed

  • 1 bedroom with 1 single bed

      Art is in the spotlight at the Domaine: you will discover a number of reproductions of famous Normandy painters as well as some original contemporary creations.

The Garden (6000m2 – ca. 1.5 acres)

  • 1 pétanque ground (kind of French bowling), with adult and child balls

  • 1 Ninja Warrior course (for children)

  • 1 Real 15-meter zip line
  • 2 doubles swings
  • 1 carousel
  • 1 garden shed with all the balls, Molky, badminton, and other toys

For the little ones

  • Cots on demand, a dresser with a changing table
  • 2 high chairs, 2 bouncy chairs
  • baby dishware, books and toys

Everything is possible at the Domaine

Private parking for 8 cars 50 meters ahead of the entry.

For your arrival, beds will be made, bathroom and pool towels provided. We take care of cleaning after you leave, we only ask you to take care of the kitchen and kitchenware. Your bins must be sorted and left in the containers behind the house (we will take care of transporting them to public containers).

Additional services can be provided on request: baby-sitting, fun activities for children and adults, catering, massages…

To enjoy all of the above, we kindly ask you:

  • Avoid any noise or loud music outside to respect the tranquillity of the place. We cannot hold loud parties, even in the daytime. Please strictly no noise after 11 pm.
  • A deposit of 1500€ is required
  • 2 nights minimum rental in low season, 5 nights minimum during school holidays
  • Numerous availabilities ON WEEKDAYS at a fair price for your seminars, retreats, or simply shifted holidays. Please don’t hesitate to contact us
